Boot Camp Starts Soon!

Group fitness training with Podium Fitness is a fantastic way to get fit and healthy! Join in on your own, with family, friends or colleagues.

Boot Camp is a 6 week fitness programme of two 1 hour sessions a week under the professional instruction, guidance and motivation of a Podium Fitness Personal Trainer. Every session is different consisting of bodyweight, endurance, power and strength exercises, circuit training and various fitness equipment all aimed to give you the ultimate fun workout. Anyone and everyone at any level of fitness is welcome!

To help you get through the 12 sessions, Podium Fitness will supply you with a comprehensive 7 Day Meal Plan which includes easy to follow step by step recipes, a shopping list and a helpful advice sheet.

Boot Camp takes place at 19:00hrs on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in South Hill Park, Bracknell and costs £75.00 for new members / £68.00 for existing members.
