New Year Resolution Boot Camp
Christmas is fast approaching and naturally we’ll all eat and drink plenty over the festive period with good intentions of exercising the excess calories off in the new year. But how many of you will keep to those good intentions? . . . .
Luckily, I’m pleased to announce that Podium Fitness will be holding a New Year Resolution Boot Camp starting Monday 2nd January 2012 to help kick start the new year off the healthy way.
This intensive Boot Camp will consist of 7 one hour sessions over a period of 5 days. Each session will be targeted at burning off that Xmas fat, tone muscle and firing up your metabolism for 2012. Each workout will be different and will consist of bodyweight exercises and equipment. All levels of fitness and ability are welcome, although it is important to attend all sessions to see and feel the benefits. Don’t worry if you haven’t attended a Boot Camp or any other group exercise before, we shall make it fun and provide motivation, knowledge and guidance throughout.
For best results from good exercise, there must be good nutrition. To maximise your results and help you maintain a healthy lifestyle long after New Year Resolution Boot Camp has finished, you will receive a comprehensive 7 Day Meal Plan, complete with shopping list and easy to follow recipes prior to the start.
To measure your success you will also receive a self assessment sheet. This will be a short list to record some weight, measurements and calculations before and after the event.

Where New Year Resolution Boot Camp is taking place
Each session will be held at South Hill Park in Bracknell. The meeting point will be the car park opposite The Arts Centre.
Session 1 – 18:45hrs Monday 2nd January
Session 2 – 06:45hrs Tuesday 3rd January
Session 3 – 18:45hrs Tuesday 3rd January
Session 4 – 18:45hrs Wednesday 4th January
Session 5 – 06:45hrs Thursday 5th January
Session 6 – 18:45hrs Thursday 5th January
Session 7 – 18:45hrs Friday 6th January
How much it costs
£59.00 per person for the complete Boot Camp. This amount is made payable in advance and is limited to 20 places, so first come, first served!. The closing date is December 16th 2011.
What to wear
Normal sportswear is appropriate. The sessions are outside, so do wrap up well for before and after each session. You will be creating enough body heat during each workout!
