Cardio For The Gym

Here’s a great cardio workout for your next gym session -

  • Warm up 5-7 mins i.e Light Treadmill run plus dynamic stretching
  • Cross Trainer for 20 mins. Select the profile with interval inclines
  • Spin Cycle for 20 mins. 1 minute intervals of high resistance (hill climbs) and low resistance (sprints)
  • Rowing Machine for 20 mins. 2 minute intervals of fast pace medium resistance and slow pace high resistance
  • Cool down 10 mins of static stretching

Total session time 1 hour 20 mins.

Put in maximum effort for a great fat burning, cardiovascular session.
