We’ll start by getting to know each other. We’ll identify your objectives and draw up a programme targeted at helping you to achieve and maintain your goals. It will include a variety of activities including endurance, strength and power exercises all targeted at improving your fitness, health and well being.
We’ll check your present fitness levels, measurements and weight so that we can monitor your progress along the way. We’ll also examine your dietary habits and supply you with a 7 day meal plan focused on your fitness/weight objectives and lifestyle. Each meal plan is provided with a shopping list of required ingredients and easy to follow step by step recipes to help you eat well, to train well.
Session-by-session, we’ll work together to build you a new body that’s leaner, healthier and fitter. And if there are specific areas of your body needing special attention, we will tailor your training programme accordingly.
We can discuss a suitable venue to start your training based on your requirements, we can either come to you, or get together at a convenient local venue.
Gyms may have lots of expensive equipment – and charge accordingly – but most of it isn’t really necessary. Motivation is what’s really needed, and you’ll rarely get that in a gym, whereas we’ll motivate you by encouraging you and working with you every step along the way.
Sometimes, we might have to push you hard, so there may be times when you hate us, even though we’re nice friendly people! But once you start feeling sharper, looking better, and having more energy, you’ll begin to enjoy our sessions, and look forward to them. And you’ll certainly feel a great sense of achievement as you make measurable progress.
If you want to share your fitness training sessions with a friend or two, with each of you paying a lower individual fee per session, that can be arranged. Ideally, you should train two or three times a week to achieve maximum fitness in minimum time, but tremendous progress can be achieved with a single weekly workout, so don’t worry if that’s all you can manage
