“If you saw and advert saying ‘lose 28lbs in 6 weeks‘… you may dismiss it as yet another fad diet plan…. but this is exactly what happen to me in the six weeks at boot camp. This is no miracle cure though, I like that fact that every session has you guessing as to what’s coming next, sprints/hill runs/bodyweight exercises/circuits… you name it; it was thrown at us.
